Jim LaMarca

 

LaMarca Strategies was created to share Jim’s experience in media and management with a select client list looking for a strategic advantage. 

Jim started in the media business while still in college. Experience in major markets as a talent and then a successful content producer, consultant, and manager helped develop and define Jim’s strengths as a motivator, leader, and strategist.

Sales. Experience in sales as an Account Executive at Broadcast Programming led to a role as VP of Sales for this music content, consulting, and syndication service company. He also oversaw the sales of the company’s technical and technology products including digital automation and software services.

Management. Jim was part of the management team that broke new ground in personality programming with evening syndication featuring Delilah, Lia, and others. Promotions followed to GM, VP GM, Director and eventually EVP/COO of the largest independent syndicator in the US, Jones Radio Networks.

New Business.  The entrepreneurial spirit is alive at LaMarca Strategies. Jim led the way on many business ventures at BP, Jones and later GreenStone Media. From new programming products, to new business ventures in software, service and technology, Jim has the experience to guide and advise.
